Donna Wittmann enjoyed a successful 25-year career in the tech sector where she held Senior Director & VP-Level sales, marketing, channel, and general management roles at Xerox, Dell, Cisco, and VMware. She also held a C-level role as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tennis Canada. Donna credits self-belief and courage as the key ingredients to becoming the youngest female Vice President at Xerox. Her global experience across more than 70 countries includes managing a $650M P&L and leading marketing & strategy for a $5B business unit. Donna has taken countless risks taking on new roles, learning new functional areas, moving to new countries, and changing industries.
In 2017, Donna followed her passion for coaching to become an ICF and CTI certified coach and started Syzygy Coaching Inc. with a mission to develop and embolden the next generation of authentic leaders. As a coach, Donna works with high-potentials, executives, and teams at industry leaders including Amazon, Capital One, Check Point, Dell Technologies, Ingram Micro, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and Oracle.
